Established in 1977 with the aim of manufacturing high-quality, sensitive and high-tech products that the automotive industry needs, ESTAS ; Estaş Medical, a group company, was established in 2015 in order to contribute to the domestic and national production move of our country by directing its technical, design and commercial knowledge equipment to the medical sector. ESTAŞ Medical has incorporated different product groups used in orthopedics, neurosurgery and maxillofacial surgery in a short time with its experience and dynamism.
Apart from the medical sector, it has increased its product range by adding powder metallurgy products, sheet metal forming engineering products and gear groups to be used in the automotive sector in 2018.
Our company, which acts with a continuous development and innovative perspective, added Dental Implant and Abutment Systems to its product range in 2019.
Our Digital Design and Application Center, which was established to make unique designs and productions in the fields of orthopedics, dental and orthotics-prosthesis, started its activities in 2020 in order to offer dental superstructure solutions in the first place.
Thanks to the engineering infrastructure, simulation, reverse engineering, quality control and rapid prototyping laboratories, prototype development workshops and automation unit within our R&D Center, which was established in 2009 and received the ministry's approval in 2011, our company aims to contribute to the domestic and national production move of our country. In line with these goals, our automation unit; In 2017, it started the design and production of machining, measurement and assembly benches, robotic systems and medical devices that the medical industry needs.
In line with the experience and knowledge of ESTAŞ Ecsantrik company in the defense industry, our company has started to work on the production of products that are needed by other countries, especially our country, in the defense industry. In the defense industry, we continue to work in line with our goal to manufacture high-quality, sensitive and high-tech products.
Our company, which proceeds with an understanding of R&D and innovation and attaches importance to University-Industry Cooperation, strengthens University-Industry Collaborations by conducting joint projects, intellectual property rights, publications and clinical studies with academicians who are experts in their fields.
